What the trip includes
- Four GIG FLY concert eveningsLive performances and meetings with the artists according to the final festival programme.
- FlightsFlights as part of the trip programme. We will share the airport, the flight and the exact arrival time once the booking is confirmed.
- AccommodationA stay at Eglės Medical Spa for the duration of the trip: a single room or a place in a double room. We will tell you the room category at booking.
- 3 meals a day and snacksMeals according to the spa programme: three meals and two snacks. Arrangements on arrival and departure days are confirmed separately.
- Doctor's consultation and treatments on the agreed programmeThe doctor draws up an individual plan. The set and number of treatments depend on the prescription and the agreed stay programme.
- Transfers within the programmeMeeting at the airport and the transfers the trip programme provides.
Excursions and personal insurance are not included in the trip price. Excursions are optional and paid separately, and every participant arranges a policy of their own.
Flights are part of the trip programme. We will share the airport, the flight and the exact arrival time once the booking is confirmed. Ask the organiser about the package, payment and cancellation terms before booking.

If restrictions affect the trip, contact the organiser. Whether the trip can be moved or refunded depends on the booking terms and the rules of the service providers. Before paying, ask for the written terms for such a case.

Cancellation and refunds →Some treatments have contraindications. If you have chronic conditions, recent surgery or other limitations, discuss the trip with your doctor in advance. Specific treatments are prescribed by the spa doctor after a consultation.
Tell the spa doctor about your limitations. Whether a treatment can be replaced is decided individually. Ask the organiser about changes to the programme and any recalculation before payment.
Each participant arranges personal travel insurance independently and at their own expense for the whole period of the trip. The organisers do not provide an insurance policy. Cover is chosen taking your health and the planned activities into account; check the terms with your insurer.
Insurance and safety →Before booking, tell the organiser what you need: step-free access, a particular kind of room or help with transfers. The accessibility of a specific place to stay and of the routes has to be confirmed in advance.
